EVA Petro-Marine Pte Ltd (“EVA”)’s Delivery, Return & Refund Policy is designed to support the logistical needs of customers by ensuring the reliable distribution of oil tapes, sampling equipment, thermometers, hydrometers, and security seals, etc. It aims to establish clear guidelines for order processing and shipping timelines while defining the standard criteria for handling discrepancies or returns of goods. 

1. Delivery Policy

1.1 Minimum Purchase Requirement

  1. Free delivery is available with a minimum spend of $500 and above within Singapore, excluding restricted areas such as Keppel Distripark, Penjuru Terminal, Airport Cargo Agent Building, and other secured zones with limited access.
  2. Orders below S$500 will incur a delivery fee of $50.

1.2 Failed Deliveries

  1. An additional charge of $50 will apply if delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete address details, recipient unavailability, or restricted access to the delivery location.
  2. For subsequent delivery, the Buyer may either:
    • Pay the re-delivery fee of $50; or
    • Opt for self-collection at 2 Jurong East Street 21, #02-185, IMM Building, Singapore 609601.

1.3 Bulky Items & Accessibility

  1. Extra charges may apply for bulky or oversized items, or in cases where there is no direct lift access, requiring stair handling or special arrangements.

1.4 Returns via Delivery

  1. We accept returns in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, provided items are returned in their original condition and packaging.

1.5 Delivery Timelines & Delays

  1. Delivery schedules are estimates and may be delayed during peak or festive seasons, or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

2. Return & Refund Policy

2.1 If the Buyer wishes to return goods after payment and delivery, such returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Goods must be inspected and verified by us to be in their original condition and packaging; and
  2. Upon approval, returned goods will be refunded at 70% of the original selling price, with the remaining 30% considered a restocking fee.

2.2 Goods that are not in their original condition, damaged, or used will not be eligible for return or refund.

2.3 Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after inspection and approval of the returned goods.

3. Disclaimer

3.1 EVA may revise, update, or replace this Delivery, Return & Refund Policy at any time at our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted on EVA’s Website and take effect upon publication unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

3.2 In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and binding.
