EVA Petro-Marine Pte. Ltd. (“EVA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides digital account services (“Account”) designed to support customers’ procurement, operational, and marine logistics requirements. These may include account management and authentication tools, access to information, documentation, digital workflows, communications relating to EVA's products or services, and other features introduced from time to time.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EVA Petro-Marine Pte. Ltd., governing your access to and use of the website located at www.evapetromarine.com (the “Website”), your EVA Account, and any related digital services, features, products, or offerings made available through the Website (collectively, the “Service”)
By registering for an EVA Account, accessing the Website, or using any part of the Service, you are authorised to act on behalf of a business entity and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use.
EVA does not guarantee that any particular product, service, port, supplier, or transaction will be available through the Service.
1. Account Registration & Approval
EVA Accounts are intended for business users only and are made available upon application. You must ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Approval is strictly at EVA’s discretion, and EVA may decline any application without obligation to provide reasons.
2. Data Protection & Privacy Commitment
By using an EVA Account, you agree to EVA’s Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data for membership, operational, and related legitimate business purposes.
3. Unauthorised Automated Activity
EVA maintains strict controls over system integrity. Automated access tools, including bots, scrapers, and non-human request systems, are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to interfere with system functionality may result in immediate suspension or termination.
4. Account Misuse & Security Enforcement
EVA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be misused, compromised, or engaged in behaviour that may adversely affect EVA’s systems, business interests, or reputation. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No compensation will be provided.
5. Security of Login Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activities conducted under your Account, and for ensuring that your authorised users comply with these Terms. You must notify EVA immediately if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse of your Account.
6. Account Privileges & Access
An EVA Account grants access to exclusive commercial benefits, preferred pricing, quotation services, and online procurement features intended for legitimate business use.
7. Variation of Benefits & Offerings
EVA may review, adjust, or withdraw goods, services, or benefits offered through the EVA Account platform. Such changes do not entitle users to compensation.
8. User Responsibilities
By accessing or transacting through your EVA Account, you assume full responsibility for all actions taken under your credentials and agree to comply with all applicable EVA terms and policies.
9. Disclaimers
Information and services accessed via the EVA platform are provided on an “as-is” basis. You remain responsible for ensuring they meet your operational or commercial requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EVA disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or availability.
EVA does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the information provided through the Service is complete or current, or that any outcomes, transactions, or operational decisions will be achieved through the use of the Service.

Eva may revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted on EVA’s Website and take effect upon publication unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
13. Final Authority
EVA retains the full and final authority to interpret the Terms of Use. All decisions are conclusive.
